Comments: Just got home from a vacation in paradise. There was something for everyone in our family to enjoy. Our stay was the week of July 10-16th of 2005. There are trails to ride the atv's or walking, the pool for sunning and relaxing(my favorite), and the game tables to keep you busy. For those needing to check their e-mail or check out the surrounding area, the computer came in handy. The seclusion is wonderful. I got some great pictures of the sunset through the pines.
We hit the casino's to try our luck, and some in our group went canoeing and tubing nearby. I highly recommend this vacation retreat to all. I certainly hope to be able to do it again.
Rested and relaxed,
Pam Ewing

Comments: 2/14/03 to 2/17/03  I wanted to take this time to thank you for such a wonderful get-away weekend at your retreat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! Your home was beautiful
and the surroundings were breathtaking. We do hope that we can book another stay there in the future, we fell in love with the place. The pictures didn't do the place justice and of course as you warned me!!!! Needless to say we took advantage of the comfort and
relaxation and of course the kitchen :) all we did was relax, play games and eat!!!!!!!

Comments: 2/10/03 to 2/14/03 What a great place to go for a winter vacation!! The house had plenty of room for our big family, the property was beautiful and secluded, and there was a great hill for sledding. We loved it!! The pictures on the web page do not do the house and its surroundings justice.

Comments: 3/15/03 To 3/17/03  My buddies and I spend two nights here for a bachelors weekend out. We had a great time and we didn't have to go anywhere. We played cards, pool, foosball, etc.. Just imagine if we would have had our ATV's or sleds for that matter. Very secluded and the owner was great to work with. My family and I hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the swimming pool and the beautiful scenery the land has to offer.

Comments:7-27-03 Thur 8-2-03  We had a wonderful time at your vacation home again this year. We can't wait to come back for the third time next summer! Our girls love the pool, the walking trails and the basement. This home offers a secluded and quiet retreat but is still close enough to Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Its the best of both worlds!

Once again, our stay at Brafman's hideaway was a blast. We put over 200 miles on the snowmobiles and a few of us found it entertaining to lose some money at the casino. We already can't wait until next year comes. Thanks again Ken for opening up your home to us and allowing us to kick back and relax at the hideaway.

Comments: We stayed from July 25-31, 2004. We had a great time. The house is really nice inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved going 4-wheeling and playing with the games downstairs. It was nice being so close to Traverse City and Cadillac as well. Very quiet and private. We will definately be coming back for a vacation again.

Comments: We stayed here over July 4 week '06. The combination of being in the woods while close to Traverse City was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. Saw deer and turkeys everyday. The house itself was very nice.

I would recommend Brafman's Hideaway.
